and some other Lp's on a Dual 704 hooked up to two Standard 1960s solid state amps alternatively, one hooked up to "normal" two way monitors and the other one to Philips fullrange double cone speakers (9710, 8081). These Philips speakers are so sensitive they raise the noise level considerably. OTOH they only need a few watts of power to make NOISE and they are super dynamic. And you have a point source with perfect phase behaviour. I'm negotiating on a tiny 2X6W SE tube amp. I've seen some hefty box designs for the 9710. Oh my God another new pot of worms. Will this ever end?
