Defective Diana Krall LP - UPDATE FROM ACOUSTIC SOUNDS...

I received this email yesterday from Acoustic Sounds acknowledging that the LP pressing was defective. If you got yours from AS they'll send another. If you got it from somewhere else, you can use this as leverage to get another...

You're receiving this letter because you've purchased the Diana Krall/From This Moment On 200-gram LP from Acoustic Sounds. We've come to realize that an inordinate amount of these Classic Records pressings are defective. As a gesture of good faith, we'd like to offer you a replacement copy, free of charge. We will include your free replacement with your next Acoustic Sounds order. If you order by phone, simply mention to our customer service representative that you would like your free replacement LP. If you place your order over the Internet, please include a note requesting your free LP. If you have already been contacted regarding this offer, please ignore this email.

Please understand that this replacement copy will not include an outer jacket. That said, we do not expect you to return your original copy, therefore you may use your original jacket to protect your replacement LP.
