A recent change from around sixteen-eighteen dots total. Positioning of dots in each circle, staggered relative to dots in other circle (if that makes any sense?). Using a single dot at center/spindle (of different height/profile). Was doing a little 'visualizing' with a clear slab o wax, and came to realize less was worth a listen. Always was a leetle skeery playing a ten inch, with the protruding dots and naked platter (who ya gonna call).I always stopped the platter for the last two years, since going spotmat. Now keep it spinning. A little more time consuming to drop/center the decoupled weight. But no big. Will fly a Decca ten inch today and see if anything has changed?
