If it off center a lot, more than say a few degrees, I'd insist on a replacement; it's is hard to tell as you don't provide a true front on perspective but from what I see it does appear obviously off (unless caused by antiskate).If you decide it's minor and will live with it then remember you need to do alignment relative to the cantilever and not the housing.
