OK - who's got the super-secret Spray N Wash formula for me?

Sometime in the past, it seems to me there were some threads on VA about using Spray N Wash (Spray N Wipe?) as a record cleaner. But after searching the archives, I haven't been able to find the post where somebody says "I use SNW, and it's worked great for me. Here's what I do..."
I'm always willing to try out a new way to clean records, so I was wondering: Can anyone point me to the thread that explains how to use SNW and if it works or not? Or, just tell me? (Do I have to dilute it, etc.) Or is the idea of using SNW all just a hoax?
