that cartoon portrays vinyl-lovers as crusty old men who care about collecting records and such -- whose life revolves around it. i know that's true for a segment of folks...but what about us younger peeps? :)
albums are meant to be played, shtuff happens, and it's no big deal.
i think the more interesting sub-commentary (unintended?) is that it's a sad statement when people are so singularly focused that their world is records and the value of their gear, collectibles, etc.
