There are new tube integrated amps on the market, or slightly used which would work fine for you, depending on your power requirements and compatibility with speakers. PP EL34 amps will easily drive relatively efficient speakers to high spl's.
There are so many ways to go it's very hard to give recommendations on specific amp/speakers combos. If you budget $1k for a tube amp and it only has 10 Watts/channel, then your choice of speakers is narrowed considerably. If the amp has 50 Watts/channel, then that gives you many more options.
This is of course, only the tip of the proverbial iceberg when dealing with amps and speakers.
