HFRR Verical test

I get a lot of warbling and distortion at the beginning of the test (~20Hz), then as the test continures, the warbling and distortion disappear, then reapper at 11Hz.
Do I have a problem here, or do others experience similar? I'm suspicious of my cart's suspension, only because it's riding low compared to other pics I've seen.
