I just spin one album to get the tubes toasty and then listen seriously to the next album. I do not think it is wise to leave a tube preamp cooking 24/7.YMMV but most low output preamp tubes will last between 10k and 70k hours. At 24 hours a day that is just 13 months to 91 months depending upon the tube. You will get 10 years or more by just turning the thing off when you are not listening.
Have you had the power supply caps exchanged? I think leaving this thing on could really toast these critters. I would replace these every 7-15 years if I leave the preamp on all the time.
