Recommendations for phono amp?

I just got a used rega p2 turntable, brand new grado black cart and a used nad pp1 phono amp. I bought the nad phono amp for about 20 pounds. I got that phono cause it was the only one within my budget after getting the tt.

Anyway my setup is as follows :

cyrus 8vs
kimber 8tc
kef iq5

On my headphone setup, antique sound labs mg head ( tube headphone amp) and a grado sr-60, the music's warm and lush and sounds analog. Just the way I like it. However on my speaker setup it sounds a bit sterile and leaning more towards cd sound than vinyl. I highly suspect the reason for the difference could be the tube headphone amp.

So that would mean I would need a tubey or warm phono amp right? ( I'm still new so please pardon me if that assumption was totally wrong )
What phono amp would be within my budget of 100 pounds ? (150 pounds max)

I've spotted a used rega brio intergrated amp with phono stage for about 100 pounds. ( Though I think it's one of older generations since it doesn't at all look like the recent rega designs, price is inclusive of shipping as well ) Would it be a good idea to get that? Or should I look for something else? Thanks a mill!
