Fantasy Film World Of Bernard Herrmann London SP44201 'Phase 4'
/ Red/White label, pressed in England.Someone gave this to me, and after a glance at the films included ( 'Journey To Center of Earth', 'Sinbad', others ) it went straight into the Cull Bin.
Something like 'Vertigo' I may have kept. But lately I've been playing around with odd carts and alignments, thus delving into the Culls for some tester lps--- and--- this thing sounds amazing !
Not in an Understated or Subtle way, but in a splashy, shaded-dog, TAS kind of way --- big and HiFi, bold and intentionally impressive...
This must be one of those big Audiophile doggy-treat kinda records, no ?
Just wondering. And keeping it around as a test-victim.
J.
