Hi,I have a MA-505X (not Mk III) with a damping arrow. It measures 0.50" side to side, 0.084" thick, about 0.25" from the bottom tip to the widest part, then another 0.07" to where it joins the shaft (so 0.32" from the bottom to the shaft). The tip has a flat that measures about 0.095", and the widest part has flats that measure about 0.047". All measurements done with a calipers. It is also curved to match the curve of the damping trough, and is made of black plastic. Of course the amount of damping also depends on the viscosity of the fluid, so if your dimensions differ you could use a thinner or thicker fluid. HTH.
