Ah yes. Stupid dyslexia. You need weight at the other end. Even more if you add a little weight in order to decouple from the headshell as T suggests. Hmmmm. The denon does have a VERY stiff cantilever, but I've never experimented outside the VTF parameters recommended by Denon.
