I've looked long and hard and have not been able to find a rock solid difference between the 1200 and the 1210. Do a search on here. All you will find is people who say "I think the 1210 has ...." "I heard the 1200 has...." There are a few differences between the MK2 and MK5, but even they are trivial. The MK5 is more for the DJs and the MK2 is more for home use. There a was good review on audiogon that detailed some of the differences between the MK5 and MK2. I think for home use, the MK2 is preferred, but only marginally. I think the main difference between the 1200 and 1210 is the color. I could be wrong because there really is no major difference between the two. Please correct me if I'm wrong. I would love to know.Nate
