Here’s the situation

I bought a product and it was clearly defective.
I contacted the seller who said to return it for a refund less shipping.
I did this and promptly received the refund.
End of story, or so I thought.
Two days later the guy slams me with this crappy ass feedback.
It is classified as a positive but the verbiage he used is incorrect, misleading and negative.

So the damage has been done and I'm now trying to decide weather to slam the idiot with a negative or not.
I have always been able to resolve any problem issues and have never had to leave a negative for anyone.
I believe in treating others as you would like to be treated so my feelings on this are mixed.
