I have no time to dig into old magazines (have to run NOW), but that cartridge might be a Sonus of the late-70s/early-80s.The shape resembles what I remember from ads in French mags, and their selling point back then was a one-piece cantilever+stylus!
Sorry, no more details. Never met one in the flesh.
