It may have been bumped, pulled outta whack by an excessive anti-skate setting, or just tweaked right from the box.I wouldn't try to reposition the cantilever; you might just amputate the poor little thing entirely.
Check the alignment using a protractor that aligns the cantilever rather than the cartridge body (the only way to assure a correct alignment anyway, no matter how straight the cantilever appears). If it's off, realign and give it a listen. If it sounds good, don't worry about it. If it sounds fishy, talk to your dealer about a warranty replacement.
