I would try an Exacto or single edged razor blade to get between the body and the stylus assembly, gently (a scosche at a time) and on both sides, work it till you can get a small screw driver flat bit in there, remember both sides and you can sort of rock it apart without any damage if you're careful and deliberate.
BTW- Those normal generic replacement styli are invariably Drek !
the only worthwhile replacement aftermarket non original Mfg stylus
replacement producer is JICO.
As the normal replacement Stylus is an indifferently mounted low rent bonded ( very cheap poorly polished) Conical on a cheap low end cantilever, with no regard for the compliance values of the originals
IMHO a waste of money, if it's a really nice cartridge it's worth waiting for a NOS original or check to see if JICO produces a stylus for your cartridge.
BTW have you looked at some of the current high value Cartridges ?
Shure M97xe ($60) AT 95E 110E and 120 $35 to $70 any of these are amazing values / great listening.
