the only one I can think of is "Live at Leeds". I bought a copy used in the early 1970's (for 50 cents or so) and I was completely perplexed by all the stuff inside the gatefold. I did put the "Maximum R&B" poster on my wall a few years later, by which time I was a savvy colege student. Yeah, right.
