Sending it back to Koetsu, via a authorized dealer is expensive, but worth it. You get about everything new, stylus, cantaliver, motor assembly, wire etc. The only thing you get back of whatb you sent is the body. This is better than "retip", because of all the things mentioned. In cases where you just get a stylus replacment, you run the risk of the suspension drying out, wires having fatigue from the coils moving, even cantaliver collapses have been known to happen to some makes and models. Go Koetsu, and get a bargain!
