Now that the price has climbed well above the cost of a new Loricraft I wouldn't bite.- the Loricraft works on the same principle as the KM, so it should be just as effective
- the KM draws the thread through automatically, on a Loricraft you twist the spool a few mm after each pass - no big deal IMO
- the KM has an automatic fluid dispenser, on a Loricraft you have to use a bottle - no big deal IMO, and necessary even with a KM if you use more than one type of fluid
- the KM has a built in brush for spreading the fluid, on a Loricraft your brush(es) are seperate items - less than no big deal IMO, and again necessary even with a KM if you use different brushes
- a Loricraft would come with the manufacturer's warranty and the excellent and friendly support of Norm at Smart Devices
That's my $.02 anyway. No affiliation, etc., etc. Just a satisfied Loricraft owner.
