Get some Rega hardware, it's not so expensive. You need one 4mm washer and one of their sleeve nuts. The sleeve nut actually has a thin sleeve that goes up into the very tight space around the arm post and grabs a whole bunch of threads, perhaps six times as many as the standard nut. Get a 2mm spacer while you are at it as you may need one later and postage will be free that way. The Rega washers are stainless and are the exact dimension of the arm base, so are invisible when installed. A much nicer fit and a much more firm grip.
