Shrinx PU2?

I just bought an older Linn LP12 with a Shrinx arm. It's brass with a moveable head and I believe it's a PU2? The string on thw anti skate is shot and I'm not sure where I can get a sring to use and how to install it. Any suggestions?
It also does not have a weight on the anti-skake arm. Is one necessary and what can I use or where can I get a replacement?
What cartridge would be good on this arm? I like Jazz mostly and have a tube AR system. It came with a Grado.
Anyone have set up instructions for this arm? Suggestions?
