Gee Doug, have you not heard one? It sounds like it from your post. Yeah, it may not be everyone's cup of joe, but this cartridge does have deep bass and extended highs. It is also quite probable that he has an adjustable phono stage as I do. I can use whatever cartridge I want with my stage. The real meat of the question is the resonant frequency of the combination of the Rega arm and the Grado cartridge, which is close to optimum.
