Are not phrases typically offered when a Grado is being described. "Lush", "warm" and "beautiful midrange" are often mentioned. To me that means, "soft", "colored" and "lacking in both frequency extremes".In addition to the arm compatibility issues, there are well documented risks of induced hum near unshielded TT motors and suspension anomalies leading to the infamous Grados "wiggle" or "dance".
Given the risks, and considering it doesn't provide most listener's idea of sonic realism and tonal accuracy, I'd look elsewhere. Having an opportunity to purchase something is not a reason to buy it.
As for the other cartridges you mentioned, you've put the cart before the horse. The Denon 103R is a LOMC. The Dynavector DV-20XH is a HOMC. It doesn't make sense to be considering both. One or the other is likely to be wrong for your phono stage.
How much phono stage gain do you have? That will determine which type of cartridge you should be looking at. Figure that out first, then you can narrow down to specific models within that type.
