I have an opportunity to purchase a Grado Master cartridge for my Kenwood KD-550 with Rega 250 arm. From reading through the search posts, I see HukkFinn had serious problems with his Rega arm and a PT-6 arm. Just too light for the cartridge. He said there was lacking bass, and no slam.
This concerns me. I have also been considering the Denon DL-103R or a Dynavector DV-20XH.
Any up to date comments are appreciated. I am after sonic realism and great tonal accuracy. I hear the Master is really good. But I worry about a mismatch with my Rega.
Cheers!
