How often should I use LP#9?

Hiya,
I just got some Record Research LP#9 stylus cleaner,how often should I use it? and I also have the Onzow Zerodust stylus cleaner,blob thing. A little dry brush also came with the LP#9,not the brush that goes inside the bottle,how often do I use the dry brush?? Also I bought a bottle of REcord Research cleaner for my VPI 16.5 machine,how much fluid do I plop onto the record? 8-9 drops maybe??
