Consider the Boston Audio Design Mat 1

I would bet that the Mat 1 would be an excellent, cost-effective upgrade to your table. At least one reviewer has given it high marks on an LP12's aluminum platter: http://www.enjoythemusic.com/magazine/equipment/0205/bostonaudio.htm

I have happily used the Mat 1 on my Nottingham Analogue Horizon for about 2 years now, and it takes my good table to a whole new level.
