That's a cool story!I once went to a Guided by Voices record signing, and I of course bought the record on wax. When I got to the table, Robert Pollard said, "Vinyl, cool man!"
I guess that's the opposite of your story. Their record WAS available on vinyl, and the dude gave me props for having it.
