Thanks for your advice. I'm very glad I came here. The almost universal view at Head-Fi was "dump the Dual." It seems, though, that you folks who have responded here know the various Dual models well, and you have encouraged me to stick with it.
I've had two main cartridge recommendations: the Shure V15, and the Ortofon OM-20 or OM-30. Do you know if any of those have line contact stylii?
