I have, what I thought, was a complete listing of old Shures. It has M73, and M75, but no M74. Your present cartidge is magnetic, conical,stereo, and specially prepared for Zenith. We must determine, if you can use something else. So, 1st determine if you can use a standard 1/2 inch-mount cartridge. And second, see what kind of tracking force your rig is capable of offering. Alternatively, Shure Brothers, Inc., would probably rebuild the stylus.
