He and I became Facebook friends about 8 years ago. About a year ago I was wondering why I hadn't seen any posts from him and checked his FB page and found the announcement and some nice stories about him from his friends and family. IIRC, his death was unexpected and rather sudden. I know he was an avowed atheist, but I hope he and his wife and son are somewhere together again.
You're right about the archive. I should have checked first and thanks for directing me there. I'd love to get an update from a long term owner now that the table's been out for about 5 years. I do wonder about that auto lift mechanism's longevity since its just a built in spring lift.
