Dude sums you up and quotes a price based on what he thinks you'll pay for
the LP you show interest in.
Never would support such a seller and he's likely still sitting on LPs
passed on 35 years ago, holding out for an unrealistic price.
No wonder he has 500,000 LPs for sale.
