Ordinarily, given that you say that the mistracking occurs during loud honks on the sax, this sounds like a midband tracking issue which is related to tip mass rather than amplitude of the cut. However, you say that your conical AT3600 is fine with the same track. The ML is a nude tip and reviews have shown it to have very good midband tracking ability up to at least 20cm/s at 1kHz so I would be focusing attention on antiskate settings and cartridge alignment given that the mistracking is occurring at the outer groove area. It is highly unlikely to be tracking limitations of the cartridge. Mistracking would normally be heard as coarseness and breakup of the sound in one or both channels and rarely, apart from extreme cuts like the Telarc 1812, would the stylus be thrown out of the groove like you describe.
First, check the turntable is level. Then set VTF to zero and check that the arm floats and moves freely without stiction throughout the range. You should see any effect of wire bias too - if the arm wants to float back to a specific position even after you gently nudge it one way or the other, then the wire tension can be pulling the arm and contributing to (or subtracting from) your antiskate setting.
The next step is to check your cantilever alignment with a suitable alignment template or jig.
I recommend using a USB scope if you don't already - it is impossible to set alignment accurately with the naked eye. A 1 degree error in offset is invisible to the naked eye representing a 0.1mm shift of the tip from a nominal centreline.
The other parameter that the ML is super fussy on is azimuth - you need a test disc or suitable gadget like the Fozgometer to do this alignment.
