I note the specs are:

MM gain is absurdly low ... but in MC mode you can get 64dB of gain - which is fine.

So an MC cart with a 0.3mV to 0.5mV output should be fine.

Regarding the other factor - loadings on offer - I note the specs say this:

So you need to get a cat which sounds its best at 1000 ohms ... or less. (So don't get a wood-bodied Benz.)
