I cast a mildly dissenting opinion on what is obviously a very successful work.

I like the album well enough, but compared to earlier efforts, it could be target practice and I wouldn't miss it. I just found the rock opera stuff that was a fad at the time, a little pretentious, stepping up to a class that was difficult to run with.

I had been curious about the title for a long time, and just looked it up, it's a reference to mental illness.
