I had to look up Powell, WY. I once camped out overnight in the Big Horn National Forest some 40+ years ago. I remember it because the milk froze solid by the time I woke up the next morning. It was cold. I know I ended up in Cody, but not sure if I went through your town.

Anyway, keep up the great posts!
