According to Wikipedia, Rossington also played lead on "Tuesday's Gone," which is probably my favorite Skynyrd song, though "Simple Man," is close, also a Rossington lead.

He also played slide on "Free Bird," and thus is likely at least partially responsible for the emptying of approximately 284,323 Bic lighters held aloft at Skynyrd concerts. Hopefully there's no accounting for contributing to global warming at the pearly gates...
