Continuum 'Caliburn' TT

I had the good fortune to hear a Continuum 'Caliburn' TT at a mate's place, yesterday.

Despite being a 15-year old TT (made here in good ol' Melbourne :-)) ) ... what a step up it was from the top-spec LP12 he had before.

I guess there's something that can be said about using a 40kg platter and a motor that can drive it easily!

I took over a couple of LPs that I know well ... and the Caliburn delivered them with an abundance of "meat on the bones"! Amazing!

(Yes, not a scientific term - but once you've heard a TT like this ... you realise that's in fact what it's doing.)
