A few years ago a friend offered his 1229 if I paid shipping. I gave serious consideration. My first stereo system included a 1009 so there was the tug of nostalgia. But it would have been far down the project queue list, so I declined.

However I did discover extensive information on Duals at Vinyl Engine.
