Thanks to everyone for your suggestions. They definitely help. I used several different AT cartridges over the years before moving up to the Clearaudio, which I thought had more detail and gave a better soundstage and definition to individual instruments and voices. I have used a Rega shim kit and raised the height of the tonearm. Will also look into the trade in with Clearaudio. Was not aware of that detail.
