Has anyone dealt with 'Vinyl Me, Now' out of Boulder, Colorado? They've apparently built a new vinyl pressing plant, managed by Gary Salstrom of QRP in Salina, Kansas.Just received one of their (expensive) audiophile pressings as a gift, and it's warped. I went through their complaint process, sent them a copy of the shipping label, but they "can't locate the order". A customer service disaster ...
There's no way of contacting the company by phone ...
