They aren't lying about anything. "Mastered from original tapes" is the truth. They were mastered using original tapes.
"Ultra-Analog" is not the same as "All-Analog."
I do have some of the "new" MoFis. Not many but a few. Love's Forever Changes is spectacular. It's like a tornado of sound coming from the speakers. The 45-rpm version was expensive, but less than an original copy would have cost.
Sahara by McCoy Tyner sounds shrill to me. Could be the original tape wasn't mixed very well. I got it at a discount though, and it's the only copy I have.
