They do consistently high quality work, and I'm sure they would appreciate the opportunity to have a close look at that cartridge.

However, you don't explain what "some time ago" means, and whether there may have been other factors involved.

Whether you intended it or not, this comes across as a troll post - where you bash a legitimate business without explaining why, and then ask for help.
