RE: Blue Note. Pretty bad customer service

every place you can think of is being affected by the current situation. Good people are hard to find as others either quit or are fired or even sick and quarantined. As an example my wife's car had a leak in the tire and was checked 2 times by the dealer and a tire place. I looked at it also and would have to fill it with air 2times/week. This has been going on for 4 months. We were planning a trip to DC so I told her to take it one more time and have them take the tire off and check the wheel itself for a crack or something else. The dealer said to take it to 'this' place and they found a nail on the backside of the sidewall.

Good help is hard to find now. Go to Lowes and watch some of the help fumble with the smartphone to get an answer for simple items in the isles. Where is this, will it work? Hiding behind a mask they try hard to look like they know what they're doing. Sometimes you get lucky and find someone who knows exactly but it's a crapshoot.

I sent an email to parts-express for a replacement woofer since I bought a sub from them. That was 3 months ago and have yet to get a reply of any kind.
