Have you done any testing to verify that the problem is indeed in the tonearm? Possible bad connections, defective cartridge, etc could cause the same problem. Not sure but I think that model has a detachable headshell. Have you tried another cart/headshell? Swapped phono leads to rule out other problems besides TT?
