I had great service from Heyboer (link below) when they built a transformer for me.

To bebopdeluxe, you may even be able to send them your original transformer along with the required specifications, so that the new one will match the original in size and appearance, as well as specs.

I've read that they're quite backed up with work at the moment, so you may have a wait ahead of you. Apparently everyone's staying home and finally getting around to those "someday" projects.
