I am guilty of this so I can poke a bit of fun but isn't it the audiophile way to pay $15 for a bottle of 99.9% pure IPA instead of $1.50 for a bottle of 70% IPA. I suppose it makes the math easier but the fear that that 30% dilution of the IPA will affect the 'purity' of the final solution is rather misguided - if the cleaning solution can't overcome whatever might be in that 30% of the IPA then it really isn't a worthwhile cleaning solution!
