I bought many that I nearly had to pry out of the inner sleeves.
The best thing I've used so far is an enzymatic cleaner sold here on the Asylum Trader by wirewizard. It doesn't remove the discoloration but it gets rid of about 95% of the noise. He doesn't always have his ad up, and I haven't checked to see if it's up now.
Before the wirewizard stuff, I used Disc Doctor, Ollie's, and Audio Purist.
The blissful counterstroke-a considerable new message.
