Fidelity Research FR64S

Hi,

I am looking to purchase a Fidelity Research FR64S tone arm to match my Koetsu blue azule. Need some check on the mounting hole for the arm board. Manual from manual found online seems to indicate it is 31mm diameter. Is this correct ? I am a little confused whether this is the actual diameter of the tone arm stem or the threaded mounting sleeve. Neew the sleeve diameter for the hole diameter of arm board.

Effective distance from spindle to mounting hole is listed as 230mm. Correct ?

Any info will b much appreciated.
